What I Do Now.

I coach bold leaders and teams to get bigger than how they wound up being—and to build futures that weren’t already on the map.

Integrating decades of work across ontological leadership, neuroleadership, human performance science, story arts, and team dynamics, I help clients (be they individuals, teams, or organizations) build the desired futures they’re deeply called to. Futures for themselves, their peoples, teams, organizations, and the worlds they touch.

To fulfill on this promise, I offer Executive and Leadership Coaching (using my Futurative Leadership model), Self-Mastery Coaching, Team Coaching, Breakthrough Keynote Workshops and Programs, and Strategy Realization Consulting. These are merely the vehicles - the promise is whatever future my clients are after. The Relevant Past.

Before launching my own practice, I spent over a decade at Deloitte—first in M&A integration, then as a leader in innovation, executive transition, and experience design for top-tier clients.

I led national Experience Design & Innovation for Deloitte Greenhouse, facilitating hundreds of high-stakes, immersive workshops for senior leadership teams. These weren’t your typical offsites—they were designed to spark real breakthroughs in mindset, strategy, and team dynamics.

I also authored Deloitte’s Breakthrough Manifesto, the foundation for a transformative facilitation method now taught and published globally. As the global lead for Deloitte’s Executive Transition Labs, I coached over 100 C-suite and VP-level leaders through the critical first year of role transitions, helping them navigate complexity and stake bold new ground.

These experiences—across corporate transformation, team facilitation, and executive leadership—laid the groundwork for the deep, catalytic coaching and consulting I do today.
